About the role#
CBM Aggregates is seeking a Technical Services Representative for a student position based in Aberfoyle, Puslinch. This is a full-time, paid role for the Summer 2026 term, with availability required between April and December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Sample aggregate products in accordance with CBM sampling policies.
- Conduct aggregate tests, including gradations and physical property analysis, using specified test methods.
- Monitor and report on product quality, identifying production and shipping issues, targets, and potential solutions.
- Maintain laboratory and testing equipment to ensure it remains in good repair.
- Enter and process data using computer software and manual systems.
- Assist production personnel with trials, sampling, and quality documentation at site locations.
- Operate a company pick-up truck safely.
What you'll need#
- Current post-secondary student or incoming student in a related field, such as Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Logistics, or Agriculture.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Valid G2 or G class driver's license with the ability to operate a company pick-up truck.

- Location: Puslinch, Ontario.
- Modality: On-site. Please note that company sites are in remote locations without access to public transit.
