About the role#
Vinfen offers experiential learning opportunities within our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Division. You will work alongside teams that provide community-based services to people with mental health conditions and behavioral health needs. This role allows you to explore human services and social work while observing the day-to-day life of our mental health professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support teams providing community-based mental health and behavioral health services.
- Gain practical experience in social work and human services.
- Participate in in-person meetings and daily operational responsibilities.
What you'll need#
- You must be working toward a collegiate degree and earning college credit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with virtual conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Cultural sensitivity, compassion, and a desire to learn.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism.
- Willingness to sign and follow a non-disclosure agreement.
- Ability to pass a CORI and a multistate background check.

- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship with rolling start dates.
