About the role#
We are looking for a Service Operations Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This role provides hands-on experience across sales, services, and operations management. You will work directly with our team to improve existing processes and support our daily operational goals.
What you'll do#
- Identify inefficiencies in our current operational processes and propose improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Create reports to track progress and highlight trends.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for operational procedures and compliance.
- Assist with quality assurance tasks to ensure our services meet established standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Westerville, Ohio.
