About the role#
As a Digital UX Designer Intern, you will join a team focused on digital products. You will research, design, prototype, and measure analytics to support team objectives. We look for a critical thinker who asks questions and creates user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and dealers.
What you'll do#
- Research solutions, create design concepts, and build prototypes.
- Work with software engineers to bring your concepts into the product.
- Participate in user research and observation to understand personas.
- Design within an established design system and component library.
- Track and document key metrics, such as user adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other designers through team ceremonies like stand-ups, pairing sessions, and design reviews.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of user experience best practices and UI standards.
- Experience with Jira or software development lifecycles is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Pella, Iowa.
- This position is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
- No travel is required for this position.
