About the role#
We are looking for a Voice of the Customer Intern to join our team for a 10-week summer program. This role focuses on how we collect, analyze, and translate customer feedback into insights that guide business decisions. You will contribute to projects that help us identify customer needs and improve the overall experience. The final scope of your work will align with current business priorities and your personal interests.
What you'll do#
- Analyze quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback.
- Identify trends and recurring themes to summarize key insights.
- Support Voice of the Customer action plan workstreams.
- Create an inventory of surveys conducted across the company to improve coordination.
- Consolidate feedback from multiple sources and maintain project documentation.
- Develop summaries and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Help connect customer insights to business priorities and improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited university.
- You have a strong interest in customer experience, research, analytics, or program management.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with both numbers and open-ended feedback.
- You communicate clearly and can tailor messages for different audiences.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time position.
- The internship runs for 10 weeks from June to August 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
- We provide a tech stipend and 8 hours of paid volunteer time.
