About the role#
The Center of Expertise team solves complex technical challenges and turns those lessons into value for the rest of the business. As a Data Analytics & Programs Intern, you will turn raw operational and customer feedback data into actionable insights. You will also build the content, deliverables, and program materials that make those insights useful across the company. This role suits someone who enjoys finding the story in the numbers and acting on it.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational and customer feedback data to identify trends, recurring themes, and areas of customer friction.
- Translate your analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Build reporting and dashboards to provide a repeatable view of team performance and customer signals.
- Create reusable content such as briefs, templates, enablement materials, and internal documentation.
- Support the delivery of active programs by tracking milestones and gathering stakeholder input.
- Present your findings and finished deliverables to leadership at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising Junior, Senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large or imperfect data sets.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience creating written or visual content for an audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Familiarity with a visualization or BI tool like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

- This is a remote, paid, full-time internship.
- The program takes place during Summer 2027.
