About the role#
We are looking for a CoE Program & Content Intern to support our Customer Experience Center of Expertise. You will work on projects that help our customer-facing teams operate more consistently and access better resources. This role involves program management, content strategy, and data analysis within a cybersecurity software environment. You will work on a mix of projects tailored to your strengths, covering internal playbooks, external communications, and content governance for our Knowledge Hub.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives including internal engagement models and external communications.
- Build and maintain reusable enablement resources to improve customer outcomes.
- Produce polished written deliverables ranging from playbooks to executive summaries.
- Analyze data to identify trends and communicate clear recommendations to the team.
- Assist with webinar programs and content strategy projects.
- Explore AI tooling and help build agentic workflows to improve team productivity.
What you'll need#
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS-Excel for data analysis and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and turn ambiguous problems into clear plans or workflows.
- Interest in customer success, software operations, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2027 (10-week program from June to August).
- Modality: Remote.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
