About the role#
As a Project Management Intern, you will work with our Professional Services project managers. You will learn how complex customer implementation projects are planned, tracked, and delivered. This role provides exposure to real project schedules, resourcing, and customer coordination, offering a foundation for a career in project management. No technical background is required.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers.
- Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects.
- Coordinate logistics for project kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and templates in our PM tools.
- Track action items, risks, and follow-ups to ensure they are closed out on time.
- Support process-improvement initiatives within the PMO.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic PM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- No prior project management or product experience is required.
Location & details#
- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August, 10 weeks).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
