About the role#
As a Professional Services Intern, you will learn how to build and maintain technical relationships with customers. You will support Technical Account Managers and Enterprise Architects as they help customers manage their data protection and resilience solutions. This role offers an introduction to customer success, technical relationship management, and enterprise IT environments.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Technical Account Managers during customer check-ins and business reviews.
- Observe Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements.
- Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Track customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items.
- Organize documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources.
- Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge.
- Identify trends across accounts.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in technology and customer relationships.
- Ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative and curious mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
