About the role#
Vanguard is hiring co-op students to join our full stack teams. You will work alongside engineers to deliver business outcomes and contribute to projects in areas such as Application Engineering, Mobile Engineering, AI Engineering, and Data Engineering. This is a six-month, full-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with full stack teams to deliver business results.
- Work alongside experienced engineers.
- Contribute to projects that impact our business and clients.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of developer experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Effective analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to start in January and complete the term in June or July.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday).
- Employment: Paid, full-time position.
