About the role#
The Events Summer Intern will join the U.S. Sales team to assist with the planning and execution of firm events. You will work directly with the Senior Events Manager and the VP, Head of Events to coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company-wide gatherings. This is a full-time, paid summer position.
What you'll do#
- Organize logistics including venue research, vendor communication, and scheduling.
- Manage administrative tasks such as creating invites, handling compliance submissions, and tracking RSVPs.
- Prepare materials including presentation decks, guest bios, client lookbooks, and travel manifests.
- Support on-site execution, including setup and teardown for local events.
- Track event expenses, process invoices, and reconcile budgets.
- Provide general office support for event planning needs.
What you'll need#
- You must be entering your junior year or beyond in a 4-year college program, with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and the internet.
- A professional demeanor and a roll up your sleeves work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is helpful but not required.

- This role is based on-site in New York, New York.
- The internship is for the Summer 2027 term.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
