About the role#
The Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth are looking for an intern to join the Membership Experience team for the 2026/27 season. You will gain experience in event management, client hospitality, and ticket service strategies. This is a paid, part-time internship requiring 20 to 30 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute fan experiences for game days.
- Assist with operations at Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth games and events.
- Maintain and update season ticket member information.
- Manage the season ticket member hub.
- Deliver service touchpoints to season ticket member seats during games.
- Work shifts that range from early afternoon through post-game, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in working within the sports industry.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a team setting.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for long periods.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Health.
Location & details#
- Location: Sandy, Utah, with primary work occurring at the Delta Center and occasionally the Sandy offices.
- Term: Fall 2026 through the end of the 2026/27 season, starting September 7, 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
