About the role#
USF World is looking for a Federal Work Study (FWS) Student Assistant to help with daily office operations. This role provides administrative support and customer service for our team. You will interact with students and staff while helping manage our study abroad programs.
What you'll do#
- Advise students on study abroad program options.
- Track Education Abroad applicants and input leads into our CRM system.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Greet guests and assist with general office tasks like mailings and document pickups.
- Lead information sessions and assist with marketing, promotion, and event programming.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in at least six USF credit hours with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
- A current and accepted Federal Work Study award for the academic year.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Preferred: Experience in customer service or prior participation in international experiences.
