About the role#
The University of Notre Dame is hiring temporary Retail Associates for the Duncan Student Center within the Campus Dining department. This role supports event management, hospitality, and customer service functions for students, faculty, and visitors. This is a paid, on-site, full-time contract position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Prepare food and stock items for deliveries.
- Operate order and point of sale equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service facilities.
- Follow production lists and handle food according to safety procedures.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work during home football games.
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication and listening skills.
- A positive and respectful attitude.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Nursing are welcome.
Location & details#
- Location: Notre Dame, Indiana.
- Schedule: 11AM to 9PM.
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
