About the role#
The University of Notre Dame is hiring temporary, on-call Retail Associates for the Huddle C-Store. This role supports Campus Dining by providing customer service and maintaining the daily operations of our retail environment. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and contribute to a clean, organized space for our guests.
What you'll do#
- Assist guests and help meet their needs during their visit.
- Prepare food items as required.
- Stock and rotate food inventory to keep shelves organized.
- Operate point of sale equipment to process customer orders.
- Clean the unit, including washing dishes and following safety and sanitation procedures.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work late night shifts from 6PM to 2AM.
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A positive and respectful attitude.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving products.

- This position is located on-site in Notre Dame, Indiana.
- The role is temporary and follows a rolling term.
- We welcome students from majors including Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Communications, and Psychology.
