About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our locations to gain hands-on experience in product management and merchandising. Interns are paired with a dedicated mentor and participate in professional development sessions and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate within a Product Management team to support the management of product lines.
- Research and develop potential new products.
- Analyze industry and competitor information to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Establish relationships and sourcing strategies with domestic and international manufacturers.
- Create pricing recommendations using market data.
- Evaluate existing product offerings and present suggestions for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior-status college student.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to projects.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative abilities.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: Complimentary housing is available for out-of-town interns.
