About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in face-to-face sales. Interns work alongside experienced Account Managers and sales trainers to gain professional development through training, mentoring, and field work. The position includes a phone and car allowance, with the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth across accounts in your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions from the product catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and develop sales skills.
- Complete two weeks of professional sales training to build product knowledge and presentation abilities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
