About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students looking to gain hands-on experience in outside sales. You will work alongside experienced Account Managers to learn professional sales techniques, product knowledge, and territory management. This role is based on-site and offers the potential for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth across various industries.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions using company catalogs and digital resources.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and develop sales skills.
- Complete two weeks of professional sales training.
- Receive mentorship from sales trainers and department leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in a full-time capacity.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Economics are preferred.
