About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship based at our headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. You will support the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team by assisting with forecast development and downstream planning activities. The role requires part-time work of 20 hours per week during the school year and full-time work of 40 hours per week during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team in developing accurate forecasts.
- Support downstream planning activities.
- Perform data entry, validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales and Operations Demand Planning Team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in good standing.
- Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or Business Administration.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with standard desktop tools.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to observe and understand internal processes.
- Interest in pursuing a full-time career in Supply Chain with Tyson Foods.
- Solid communication skills.
