About the role#
This is a year-round paid internship based at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. You will work with the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team to help develop accurate forecasts and support downstream planning activities. The role requires part-time work of 20 hours per week during the school year and full-time work of 40 hours per week during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Prepared Foods Supply Chain Team in developing accurate forecasts.
- Support downstream planning activities.
- Perform data entry and validation tasks.
- Manage reporting and analysis projects.
- Handle ad-hoc duties for the Sales and Operations Demand Planning Team.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in good standing.
- Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or Business Administration.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with desktop tools.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to observe and understand processes.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Interest in pursuing a full-time Supply Chain position with Tyson Foods.
