About the role#
TTM Technologies is hiring a Talent, Learning, and Inclusion Intern to join our Global Talent team. This is a year-round, part-time position that offers exposure to daily human resources operations. You will work on projects, collaborate with a mentor, and present your outcomes to company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support talent management, learning, and development initiatives.
- Partner with the Inclusion Council to create mentorship programs and cultural heritage communications.
- Design media and messaging for employees.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to build training curricula.
- Create synergies across our global talent function.
- Manage key projects and present your results to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program for Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative, a strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources functions.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

- This is a paid, part-time, rolling internship.
