About the role#
This two-year Administrative Fellowship is designed for graduate students currently enrolled in a Healthcare Administration program. The fellowship offers a structured progression to gain hands-on experience within a hospital system. During the first year, fellows engage in a survey experience, rotating through various departments under the supervision of senior leaders to gain broad administrative insight. In the second year, fellows focus on a specific department under a single supervisor to allow for deeper development and project ownership.
What you'll do#
- Serve as a technical resource for the analysis and evaluation of operational and financial functions.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of operational indicators to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational plans, procedures, and systems.
- Develop special reports and recommendations based on data findings.
- Interpret and present data analysis results, including the explanation of statistical techniques and assumptions.
- Prepare documentation and presentations for management and committee reports.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration.
- Completion of the didactic portion of a Master of Health Administration program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Access, and Word.

- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (TriHealth Baldwin Building).
- Schedule: Full-time, standard day shift hours.
- Term: Two-year assignment.
