    About the role#

    TriHealth offers Allied Health Science students a pathway to launch their laboratory careers. This co-op provides hands-on clinical experience, structured mentorship, and a clear route to certification. Students gain exposure to waived and moderate complexity testing while developing skills in a team-driven environment. Upon completing your education and training, you become eligible to apply for Registry-Eligible MT/MLT positions across TriHealth laboratory locations.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with waived and moderate complexity testing.
    • Organize and prioritize your daily workload.
    • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all laboratory work.
    • Complete complex assignments as delegated.
    • Apply judgment and problem-solving skills to daily tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an approved program for a field of study in Allied Health, such as Public Health, Biology, or Biomedical Sciences.
    • Completion of clinical training in an approved program.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours bi-weekly.
    • Shifts: Evening shift, including weekends and rotating holidays.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: Paid position with shift differentials available.
