About the role#
This is a 12-month paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in Pickering, Ontario, supporting our Engineering and R&D team with electrical design tasks, product documentation, and quality analysis.
What you'll do#
- Standardize product bills of materials, specifications, and material descriptions.
- Create and revise material specifications to support supplier qualification.
- Analyze test results and perform electrical measurements to identify product failures or deviations.
- Communicate your findings to electrical designers and suggest improvements for materials or processes.
- Maintain an organized work area on the production floor while following safety standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering program.
- Ability to interpret test results and evaluate the root causes of technical failures.
- Knowledge of electrical measurements and components.
- Understanding of product specifications and bills of materials.
- Commitment to safety standards in a production environment.
