About the role#
This is an 11-week, full-time summer internship based at our Distribution Center in Casa Grande, Arizona. You will work alongside HR and Operations leaders to support the daily functions of our facility. This program offers hands-on experience with the complete Team Member lifecycle, from initial recruiting to ongoing development and policy compliance.
What you'll do#
- Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Partner with HR leaders to address Team Member questions and workplace matters.
- Analyze workforce data, exit interview feedback, and other HR metrics to identify trends.
- Assist with recruiting for hourly and technical positions, including screening and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with leadership on safety initiatives and process improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
