About the role#
The Clubhouse Maintenance intern is responsible for maintaining the structural and physical condition of the clubhouse and surrounding buildings. This role ensures all facilities remain in proper operating condition.
What you'll do#
- Maintain a written record of all tool inventory and establish par stock levels for spare parts and supplies.
- Perform and document all repairs on the cart fleet.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Obtain bids for major repairs, maintenance contracts, and capital projects for management approval.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met for the clubhouse, entrance, and parking lot through daily monitoring.
- Manage key control, maintain inventory logs, and oversee security guidelines for alarm, fire, and safety systems.
What you'll need#
- Must be a transitioning service member.
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of building maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver's license.
- Preferred experience includes knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling.
