About the role#
The TPC Golf Operations Internship provides future PGA Professionals with hands-on experience at a premier golf facility. You will work alongside experienced Golf Professionals to gain practical, supervised experience that supports your progress toward PGA of America Membership. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
Internship responsibilities depend on your experience and progress within your program. You will focus on one of two areas:
- Inside Golf Operations: Support golf shop operations, member and guest service, and merchandising. You will also assist with tee time management, tournaments, and day-to-day golf administration.
- Outside Golf Operations: Perform player services, manage golf car and bag operations, and oversee practice facility management. You will also assist with course setup and support PGA TOUR-level tournament operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Professional Golf Management (PGM) program.
- Intent to pursue a career as a PGA Professional.
- A service-minded and dependable approach to work.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the game of golf.

About TPC Network
The TPC Network consists of over 30 golf properties including private, resort, and daily fee courses. Owned and operated by the PGA TOUR, the organization maintains venues designed to host professional golf tournaments. It was founded in 1980 with the opening of TPC Sawgrass. The network provides recreational golfers access to courses used by professional players while supporting charitable programs.
