About the role#
We are looking for a Business Affairs Intern to join our team in New York. This is a paid, part-time internship for Fall 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in the production process within a national advertising agency.
What you'll do#
- Learn the production process from the initial RFP through post-production.
- Help the team with daily administrative tasks.
- Attend creative meetings and record notes.
- Draft talent releases for various productions.
- Create and distribute weekly recap reports for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior in a Bachelor program or status as a recent graduate.
- Academic background in Media Studies, Marketing, or Communications.
- Prior work or life experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency working in a Mac environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Keynote.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 23 to November 20).
- Schedule: Maximum of 25 hours per week.
