About the role#
Tombras is seeking an Account Service Intern to join our team in Knoxville for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time position. You will work directly with an account group to support the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the account team on campaign strategy and execution.
- Manage client status documents and coordinate client calls.
- Assist with building presentation decks for internal and client meetings.
- Pull client reports and generate weekly or monthly recaps for the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduation in Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications.
- Proficiency working in a Mac environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Keynote.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.

- Hours: Maximum 25 hours per week.
