About the role#
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our team in Knoxville. This is a paid position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site for a maximum of 25 hours per week over an 8.5 week period, starting September 23, 2026, and ending November 20, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist in driving new customer acquisition for national clients.
- Navigate affiliate marketing platforms to recruit publishers and partners.
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies, tactics, and reporting.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve KPI performance.
- Support day-to-day communication with affiliates.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and approvals.
- Provide account support, including pixel placements and creative updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior in a Bachelor program or recent graduate status.
- A major in Marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, or a similar field.
- A basic understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to build relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
