About the role#
The Early Talent Internship in Business Management and Project Analytics is a full-time, 10-week summer program. You will work within the Recordkeeping Integrated Delivery, Execution and Reporting team, which is part of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer technology organization. This role provides exposure to business operations, project coordination, and programs that drive team effectiveness. You will gain insight into how business management supports strategic goals while working on projects related to technology and process transformation.
What you'll do#
- Support high-impact business initiatives and contribute to strategic presentations.
- Create PowerPoint and Excel deliverables to inform business decision-making.
- Coordinate project materials, meetings, and information flow across teams.
- Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Develop project intake and assessment solutions, including building project management tools with AI-enhanced evaluation capabilities.
- Perform clerical duties such as taking memos, organizing documents, and maintaining files.
- Attend company functions, training programs, and networking events.
- Shadow professionals across multiple office roles to gain hands-on experience.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
- Adaptability and business acumen.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis and evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and output optimization.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
