About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. You will support the Labor Relations team with site-specific collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and labor-management issues. The program runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily and project-based support to the Labor Relations team.
- Assist with logistics for negotiations, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
- Help staff with grievances and operations initiatives.
- Conduct legal research for internal and external use.
- Gather confidential information and maintain documentation.
- Serve as a backup for administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Coursework in Industrial and Labor Relations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- Preferred: Bilingual skills and experience with Workday, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Buena Vista, Florida (on-site).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
- Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation.
