About the role#
This is a full-time internship based in Anaheim, California, running from May 2027 through August 2027. You will provide analytical and consulting support across various business lines including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. The program focuses on professional development and building practical knowledge of Disney operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects.
- Support operational planning, workload planning, forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
- Apply methodologies, measurements, and quantitative techniques such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
- Lead and participate in team efforts.
- Interface with cast members and management at all levels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Industrial Engineering program.
- An intended graduation date on or after August 2027.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A willingness to learn new software applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
- Ability to comply with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Anaheim, California.
- The position is on-site and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- You must be fully available Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs.
- You are responsible for your own housing and reliable transportation to and from work.
