About the role#
This internship supports the Original Live-Action Series Development team at Disney Kids and Family. You will work with the team responsible for developing and producing content for Disney+ and Disney Channel. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Burbank, California, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Give notes on incoming material and scripts.
- Create and distribute weekly development reports.
- Maintain tracking grids for ongoing projects.
- Take notes during team and project meetings.
- Assist executives and assistants with scheduling, answering phones, and various administrative tasks.
- Cut dailies as needed.
- Create presentation decks and mock-up graphics.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university, taking at least one class.
- At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- Curiosity regarding scripted development for television.
- Strong research, computer, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suites, Airtable, and Canva.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A self-sufficient, motivated attitude.
- A passion for reading.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is a plus.
- Previous education or experience in TV, film, or children's development is preferred.

- Location: Burbank, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT.
- Modality: On-site.
