About the role#
We are looking for interns to join our Safety Division for projects in the Northeast region. This program provides hands-on experience in field management and project safety to help prepare you for future leadership roles within the company. You will work alongside safety managers and staff to promote our safety programs. This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Participate in field safety walks.
- Assist the safety manager with first day orientations for new employees.
- Complete accident and incident reports.
- Oversee the safety and health of personnel on company jobsites.
- Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors.
- Ensure company safety policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree program is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate is helpful, and those who relocate are eligible for a living allowance.

- Locations: Wilmington, Delaware; New York, New York; and Providence, Rhode Island.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
