About the role#
The University of Tulsa is hiring a student assistant for Athletics Ticket Operations. This is a paid workstudy position based on-site in Tulsa. We are looking for students majoring in Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Sell and distribute tickets to students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
- Manage ticket distribution across multiple channels, including the ticket office and online systems.
- Assist patrons with ticket purchases and answer questions about seating, availability, and upcoming events.
- Follow established policies and procedures for all ticket sales and distribution tasks.
What you'll need#
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Professionalism when handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Capacity to maintain order in the ticketing process during high-volume periods.
- Clear communication skills to interact with patrons, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Comfort with ticketing software or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
