About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship at the Exmark division in Beatrice, Nebraska. You will join us for the Summer 2027 term, from May 17 to August 6. This is an on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Create Creo-based models, generate drawings, and manage documentation release.
- Build and evaluate prototype designs.
- Conduct evaluations using lab testing, FEA, and engineering simulations.
- Collect and analyze data to report findings to stakeholders.
- Build relationships across teams to support shared goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ABET accredited Engineering program, specifically Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with MS Office and CAD software.
