About the role#
This internship provides business and project support for critical supply chain initiatives at The TJX Companies, Inc. You will work within our supply chain and logistics teams to help deliver merchandise to our stores efficiently. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced team members to manage and execute project deliverables.
- Assist with daily activities across various supply chain functions.
- Analyze, report, and provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives.
- Support merchandise flow using Transportation Management Systems.
- Contribute to the overall supply chain strategy through assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Major in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive, and remain flexible.

- Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $24 to $25 per hour.
- Note: Reliable transportation is required as the office is not easily accessible via public transit.
