About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship based in our Union, Ohio facility. You will gain hands-on experience in a worldwide logistics operation that manages millions of units of inventory. This role provides exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model while you receive mentorship from company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety as top priorities.
- Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to keep the business running.
- Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
- Shadow operations leaders to learn how to develop diverse teams.
- Work on a specific process improvement project and deliver a final presentation to Distribution executive team members.
- Participate in professional development, networking, and volunteer events.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior in a 4-year degree program, or currently enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
- You have a genuine interest in a long-term career within logistics.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You bring proven leadership experience and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- You have strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial drive.
- You are comfortable working in an environment that requires flexibility and confidence.
- You are available for the full duration of the summer program and can accommodate a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Location & details#
- Location: Union, Ohio.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Starting pay is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
