About the role#
The Producer Services Intern position allows you to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business situations. You will work within the Producer Services department to support operational excellence and business transformation. This is a full-time, remote internship where you will be assigned to a manager while having opportunities to collaborate with various teams across the division.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational processes to identify pain points and efficiency opportunities.
- Support business transformation initiatives by documenting workflows and gathering requirements.
- Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and SharePoint content.
- Use Microsoft 365, reporting tools, automation, and AI to improve operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Producer Services leaders and cross-functional partners on compliance, data, and technology needs.
- Contribute to special projects that help the department become more data-driven and efficient.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student, specifically as a rising sophomore, junior, senior, or advanced degree student.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
