About the role#
This paid summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Property Management team. You will work on-site at one of our properties to learn about leasing and maintenance operations or join our in-office operations team to support compliance and property oversight. This program runs from May 31, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on-site or in-office to learn the fundamentals of property management.
- Assist with special projects involving detailed analysis of our properties.
- Gain exposure to compliance standards and support for on-site teams.
- Participate in structured professional development sessions.
- Attend Lunch and Learn sessions to engage with different departments across the company.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with a degree program completion date by June 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Interest in the multi-family housing industry.
- Willingness to work on-site or in-office with an operations team.
- Majors in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Finance, Economics, or Psychology.
- Note that work visa sponsorship is not available for this program.
