About the role#
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Intern supports day-to-day operations and helps improve departmental efficiency. You will gain exposure to data analysis, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination within a machinery manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Support department activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data and reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance department workflow.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
