About the role#
As an Operations Engineering Intern, you will work alongside manufacturing technicians and salaried staff to learn our production processes. You will collect data, identify improvement opportunities, and manage projects from initial scope through to implementation and verification. This role involves documenting results and communicating them effectively across the team.
What you'll do#
- Work with technicians on the plant floor to develop process improvements.
- Coordinate the activities of contractors, hourly staff, and other resources.
- Manage projects from scope development to final verification.
- Collect and analyze data to execute initiatives.
- Prepare reports and documentation to share project results.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or senior status pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Comfort working in both office and plant environments while following safety procedures.
- A commitment to supporting Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, 100% in-person.
