About the role#
This internship is a full-time, paid position based in Akron, Ohio, for the Summer 2027 term. The program aims to develop future leaders in supply chain and operations management by providing practical work experience within a global manufacturing organization. You will work on projects that offer visibility to leadership and help drive improvements across the business.
What you'll do#
- Participate in demand collaboration meetings with key sales channel leaders.
- Optimize reporting processes and methodology.
- Assist with the negotiation of container contracts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for key accounts.
- Support raw materials planning efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- You expect to graduate within one year of the internship.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA is preferred.
- You possess strong analytical and data management skills.
- You have a proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and accomplish goals simultaneously.
- You are capable of interacting with all levels of the organization, from entry-level associates to senior leadership.
