About the role#
The Sports Intern supports the Team Sports Division by assisting with daily operations, client management, and business development. You will work alongside agents and staff on active projects, gaining experience in the business side of the sports and entertainment industry. This internship is unpaid and eligible for academic credit.
What you'll do#
- Research prospects to provide recruiting support for Team Sports and NIL initiatives.
- Coordinate internal sports projects through outreach and research.
- Track performance data to support analytics projects and athlete marketing.
- Plan social media content and assist with brand development for clients.
- Research market trends and potential partnership opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and meeting follow-ups.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university, preferably as a junior or senior.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to tasks.
- Interest in NIL, collegiate athletics, and the business of sports.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
Location & details#
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Modality: On-site, 2-3 days per week.
- Schedule: 12-18 hours per week.
- Duration: September 14 to November 25.
- Compensation: Unpaid, eligible for academic credit.
