About the role#
The Technology, Data & Analytics (TD&A) organization at The Estée Lauder Companies builds the foundation for our business. We focus on the consumer journey, data-driven performance, and secure technology. As an intern, you will gain practical experience within a global technology team. You will work on projects that support business priorities and influence how the company operates.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to assignments that provide real business impact.

Potential areas of work include data science, software engineering, cybersecurity, digital product management, and enterprise systems.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your Junior year by June 2027 and on track to graduate in May 2028.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High motivation and a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
- The hourly rate for this role ranges from $25.00 to $33.00, depending on experience, skills, and education.
