About the role#
The Chefs' Warehouse is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This role offers an opportunity to learn our daily routines and operational procedures. You will work on-site in Ridgefield, Connecticut, for 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Manage mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
- Perform administrative tasks like taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents.
- Prepare research materials and create PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes during meetings and draft reports.
- Manage databases and input records.
- Run general industry-related errands.
- Set up and maintain conference and training rooms.
- Attend company functions and networking events.
- Shadow various office roles to train on different tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university or college as a Junior or Senior.
- A business-related degree, such as Business Administration or Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
