About the role#
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement with employees, clients, and industry partners. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop content and campaigns, support graphic design projects, and contribute to brand storytelling. This role offers exposure to the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing activities.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an accredited undergraduate program.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Evidence of high academic achievement.
- Prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
- A desire to work in the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold and warm phone calls.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe InDesign.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- Location: Sacramento, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
- Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour.
