About the role#
This internship focuses on procurement operations, systems, and data analysis. You will act as a bridge between IT and procurement teams by assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, and process documentation. This role supports ongoing projects and helps the department improve operations through data-driven insights.
What you'll do#
- Build a foundational understanding of procurement operations, systems, and procedures.
- Support procurement systems like Coupa and Concur through data entry, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with department projects by preparing spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations.
- Pull and review reports while analyzing data trends.
- Communicate with internal partners and third-party vendors.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related major.
- Strong professional communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
