About the role#
This internship provides exposure to corporate accounting practices, financial processes, and business operations within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. You will support the accounting team with daily activities and special projects that contribute to organizational goals. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build a foundation in accounting principles and business operations.
- Gather, organize, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reconciliations, and reports.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end accounting activities.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners on ongoing projects.
- Participate in process improvement, testing, and problem-solving efforts.
- Conduct research and documentation to support financial reporting and decision-making.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Sophomore standing or higher, with junior standing strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
